Refund and Returns Policy

Live Culinaire offers flexible refunds and returns. We ask that you return the product within 30 days.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We do not accept exchanges. We will also accept new and slightly used products. Return the product to 5900 Ogden Avenue, Cicero, IL 60804. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TO MANUFACTURER.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your return and a refund will be issued less your return shipping charges.

The refund less the shipping charges you paid for return will only be applied to the original credit card used at purchase. Live Culinaire processes refunds immediately after return is received. Banks may take a few days to post. Please allow up to 7 days for banks to post.

We recommend that you secure tracking information from your carrier for all returns and simply use the return label provided by the carrier. Live Culinaire does not impose any type of restocking fees to customers.
