Foods resting at temperatures between 41 degrees F and 135 degrees F are susceptible to bacteria growth. This range is called “Temperature Danger Zone.”

Raise the temperature above 135 degrees F or reduce temperature to below 41 degrees F to prevent foodborne illness.
